| 摘 要： | 文中基于航空障碍灯的应用标准,比较航标灯通用技术条件,结合海上风电场建设安全状况和海事监管现状,对风电场通航安全设施和安全信号标准进行研究,并初步形成了在海上风电场风机设立海上航行障碍灯警示设施的方案。

| Abstract: | This paper makes a comparison with the general technical conditions of navigation mark light in view of the application standard for aviation obstacle light.In view of the safety situation of the wind farm construction and the existing conditions with maritime administration,the paper probes into the navigation safety facilities and safety signal standards of wind farm and develops a preliminary scheme on establishing the warning system of offshore navigation obstacle light for offshore wind farm fans. |
