| Abstract: | The paper starts from the introduction of the existing conditions of the marine pollution from ship exhaust gas emissions and the status quo and makes a review on the current international conventions and domestic regulations on the control over the exhaust gas emission from ships.On the above basis,it analyzes the drawbacks in the present marine pollution control measures,and puts forward the solutions. |
