我国沿海运输船舶险情事故分析及对策

今年以来,我国沿海发生的运输船舶险情、事故数量较往年有所增长,1-4月共发生较大及以上险情、事故63起,给人民群众生命财产造成较大损失。文中基于今年以来我国沿海发生的运输船舶险情、事故的案例统计,对各类险情、事故进行分类和列举,分析各类险情、事故的原因,并具有针对性地提出了对策建议。

Analysis of some near-miss incidents involving domestic coastal ships in China and measures to be taken

Since the beginning of 2010, the number of distresses and accidents happened to the transportation vessels in China coastal waters has increased than those of the same period of last few years, the total number from January to April is 63 in 2010, which caused eertain large losses to people＇s lives and property. In this article, based on the distress and accident cases happened this year, the author lists and categorizes the main relevant cases, analysizes the main causes and reasons for each category of eases, and lastly proposes countermeasures .
