| Abstract: | This paper, through analysis of the status concerning HNS transported by ships in Jiangsu, discusses the relevant issues relating to emergency response to incidents involving HNS in Jiangsu and puts forward some suggestions for enhancing technical research, improving emergency response plan and establishing the three-level emergency response system, with a view to promoting the capabilities for control and prevention of HNS incidents. |
