| Abstract: | Considering the fact that a number of accidents involving vessels carrying steel coils took place recently, the authors summarize the key points in safety inspection of vessels carrying steel coils based on the experience in their practical work, provides the legal justification for penalty on the violations against the regulations, and proposes some management and control measures. |
