| Abstract: | To establishment of a service-oriented maritime administrative sector is not only to materialize our carrying out deeply "Three Service"philosophy raised by Party Committee of the Transportation Department, but also the external request of the development of the maritime.In this essay, the author points out : speeding up the transforming of the current maritime functions is the key to build up service-oriented maritime. And he has discussed possibilities on how to innovate the service philosophy, so as to build up service-oriented maritime. |
