| Abstract: | This paper introduces the latest amendments and development of MARPOL73/78 Annex IV and analyzes the major contents of amended MARPOL73/78 Annex IV adopted by Resolution MEPC.115(51), which became effective to China on 2 February 2007. It also provides some point of views relating to the PSC inspection of compliance with the requirements of MARPOL Annex IV. |
