| Abstract: | This paper,based on the present status of the deployment of oil spill response equipment along the Yangtze Rive,analyses the necessity and advantage of establishing small-sized regional storages of oil spill response equipment along the Yangtze River,and tries to find a new way to solve the problem concerning the deployment and availability of oil spill equipment,with a view to effectively enhancing the capacity of oil spill emergency response in the Yangtze River areas. |
