| Abstract: | This article provides some views on how to improve our capability for dealing with the maritime incidents,so as to ensure the maritime safety of life and property and to protect the marine environment.Based international and domestic practice,this paper also analyses some issues existed in dealing with maritime emergencies and provides some suggestions on measures to be taken. |
