| Abstract: | This paper, based on the requirements of the international convention and relevanl laws and some case studies, discusses about the emergency response framework regarding the treatment of ship ballast water and sediments under emergent situation, with a view to providing some references for the establishment of the emergency response system to the ship ballast water and the development of emergency plan in our country. |
