Study on quantification for rating of ship pollution prevention

Based on the method of filzzy mathematic assessment, this paper establishes a model for assessing the rating of ship pollution prevention operations and provides a specific method and basis for analysis of the quantification concerning the safety status of the units involving ship pollution prevention operations. Finally, this paper verifies the method against the real situation of the areas under jurisdiction, with a view to providing some assistance to the maritime authority in the rating assessment of ship pollution prevention operations and management of operating units through safety credit rating.
