压载水管理系统批准和技术研发现状

摘    要:文中综述了目前世界范围内压载水管理系统的研发现状,以及IMO对使用活性物质的压载水管理系统的批准状况。根据目前的情况,国际上已有大量船用设备制造商投入到压载水管理系统的研发和生产上,且其中一些已经获得IMO批准和船旗国主管机关的认可,这将大大加快压载水公约生效的进程。根据MEPC58上压载水审议组的审议结果,压载水管理系统已经基本达到船队履约的需要。国内各方面应对压载水公约的生效做好充分的准备。

Abstract:This paper provides a summary of the developments of Ballast Water Management Systems (BWMS) and status of the approval process. A lot of manufacturers are involved in the research and development of BWMS, some of them have obtained the approval of IMO and the Administration of Flag States.
