| 摘 要： | 2008年12月24日，在“支持企业发展措施宣讲会”上，山东海事局向100多家航运企业讲解了帮助企业应对金融危机的十项措施。十大措施一经宣布，就受到了山东航运界的广泛关注。青岛航务公司的业务主管刘某说：“我听明白了，十大措施的核心是帮助企业从安全上减少损失，从经营上减少成本。措施很实在，很管用。”
