浅析内河船舶油污染的防治

文中分析了内河船舶产生水域污染的主要原因及防止船舶油污染方面存在的问题，并提出了防止内河船舶油污染的五项措施;即加大环保宣传力度，提高船舶防污意识；加强对水运企业和船员防污染知识的培训;加强防污染设备的检验、检测；港口码头应配备油污水接收处理设施;强化防污染现场监督，提高监控手段。

Brief Analysis on Oil Pollution from Inland Water Ships and its Prevention and Control

This article analyses primary causes of water pollution from of inland water ships and problem existed in the control of oil pollution from such ships, and proposes five control measures: namely raising the awareness for environment protection, enhancing the responsibility of ships for pollution prevention, strengthening the monitoring and survey of pollution-prevention equipment, availability of reception facilities onshore, enforcement of on-site control and updating the monitoring measures.
