| 摘 要： | 7月11日，美丽的海滨城市大连星海湾畔热闹非凡，2009年中国航海日海上庆祝活动在此举行，舰船列队鸣笛整齐地通过星海湾海域，救助直升飞机施展海上悬停救助，龙舟、舢板、帆船、游艇鱼贯而过，辽宁海事局牵头协调组织的“2009年航海日”海上船舶展演取得圆满成功，星海湾广场南端的百年城雕默默地见证了《中国航海日大连宣言》航海兴邦的豪言壮语。
