| Abstract: | Marine pollution prevention has always been an important mission of IMO and IMO has an excellent record in marine pollution prevention by adoption and implementation of relevant conventions worldwide.This paper analyses the background and process for developing and revision of IMO pollution prevention instruments and offers some advices for researchers and relevant institutions. |
