摘    要:文章针对船舶螺旋桨修理过程中螺距测量的需要,利用全站仪进行螺旋桨桨叶坐标数据的采集,通过三维坐标转换得到螺距计算所需数据,并与传统螺距规测量结果进行比较,验证了该方法的准确性.该方法可以满足螺旋桨螺距的测量要求,为螺旋桨修理螺距测量提供新的思路.

Abstract:According to the needs of pitch measurement in the process of ship propeller repair, the coordinate data of propeller blade is collected by total station. The data required for pitch calculation is obtained through three-dimensional coordinate conversion, and compared with the measurement results of traditional pitch gauge to verify the accuracy of this method. It can meet the measurement requirements of the propeller pitch and provide a new idea for the pitch measurement of propeller repair.
