摘    要:针对矩形窄缝加热通道开展低流速工况下临界热流密度(CHF)试验研究,获得矩形窄缝加热通道临界热流密度及参数影响规律。研究结果表明:在矩形窄缝加热通道低流速工况下,临界发生时的加热元件壁面温度会发生飞升,矩形窄缝加热通道临界热流密随系统质量流速增大而增大,随系统压力、质量含汽量、进口温度增大而降低;研究获得CHF计算关系式,计算值与试验值偏差在±20%以内。

Abstract:The experiment of Critical Heat Flux(CHF) in narrow rectangular heated channel under low flow rate is carried out, and the influence laws of critical heat flux and parameters in narrow rectangular heated channel are obtained. The results show that under the low flow rate condition in the narrow rectangular heated channel, the wall temperature of the heating element will rise sharply when the critical occurs. The critical heat flux in the narrow rectangular heated channelincreases with the increase of the system mass flow rate and decreases with the increase of the system pressure,mass vapor content and inlet temperature. The calculation formula of CHF is obtained, and the deviation between the calculated value and the test value is within ±20%.
