| Abstract: | The efficient and safe operation of offshore drilling platform is inseparable from a group of platform operators with professional quality. The safety operation risk of offshore drilling platform is analyzed, the corresponding personnel allocation and requirements are comprehensively analyzed, and the post responsibilities, qualifications and training suggestions of main personnel of the platform are put forward. |
