船用废气涡轮增压器压气机内部流场数值研究

摘    要:利用三维数值模拟技术对某型船用柴油机废气涡轮增压器压气机内部流场进行了数值分析,得到了额定转速下压气机内部流道气体流动情况。分析了压气机转子流道流场和径向扩压器流道流场,得到了主要气动参数分布。数值分析表明,在额定工况下离心叶轮内靠近叶轮出口处以及径向扩压器流道内流体均存在跨音速流动区域,同时在扩压器叶片吸力面下游位置存在低速涡流区域;压气机转子流道和扩压器流道的相互干扰及叶顶间隙的存在是导致压气机内部出现流动分离的主要原因。

Abstract:In this paper, the Internal flow field of Marine diesel engine exhaust turbocharger compressor was investigat- ed by using three-dimensional numerical simulation technology. The numerical simulation focused on the air flow from compressor impeller inlet to radial diffuser exit, and the primary Pneumatic parameters were predicted. The numerical investigation revealed that under the rated conditions there was transonic flow region near the excite of impeller .In the radial diffuser, there also being local transonic flow area. Furthermore, there was low speed vortex in the downstream suction side of the diffuser vane. The gap between the rotor blade and compressor case, and the interference between compressor rotor and radial diffuser caused flow separation in the compressor.
