舰用增压锅炉动态特性仿真分析

摘    要:以某舰用增压锅炉为研究对象,结合船用常压锅炉的试验数据,建立了适合增压锅炉的数学仿真模型.模型中对流受热面及管外介质烟气流动传热遵循质量守恒方程、动量守恒方程、能量守恒方程及金属蓄热方程,采用集总参数法,分别建立了舰用增压锅炉各部分的数学模型,并进行了微小动态参数变化的仿真分析.

Abstract:according to some type warship supercharged boiler,the paper sets up its mathematical simulation model by combining with the marine boiler experimental data.As to the above-mentioned Model,convective heat side and outer pipe mass flue flow keep to conservation equations of mass, momentum,energy and metal heat storage equation,and develops mathematical models of this boiler respectively by lumped parameter analysis.,and makes simulation analysis on perturbed parameters.
