摘    要:根据柜体的结构布置和功率模块的损耗,对安装在集装箱中的10KV/5MW的SVG散热系统进行了分析。利用ICEPAK分析软件对SVG柜体的通风散热过程进行了模拟仿真分析。结果表明,原散热系统方案不能满足 SVG 运行的需要。根据存在的问题,提出了更换风机型号和改进风道等改进措施,以满足SVG的散热要求。

Abstract:According to SVG cabinet structure layout and power modules losses on SVG, thethermal systemof 10KV/5MW SVG installed in the container is studied. Theheat dissipation process of SVG cabinet is simulated by using finite elementanalysis software ICEPAK, and the simulation results show that the thermal system cannot meet the requirement of heat dissipation. According, which can the existing problems, some improved measures like modifying the blowers model and improving the air duct are proposed to meet the requirement of heat dissipation.
