| 摘 要： | 分析一次因气缸油注油器滤器阻塞引起的主机停车事件,看出安全意识的淡漠是事故发生的最终"元凶".提出"不出事故是偶然的,出事故是必然的"的概念,以强调安全意识的重要性,并根据实际工作经验提出一些安全意识教育和安全管理制度的方法.

| Abstract: | From the incident that main engine stopped due to the clogged filter of cylinder lubricators it can be concluded that little attention to safety is the real＂killer＂.No fault is accidental while an accident is inevitable.This idea is proposed to emphasize the importance of safety awareness and what＇s more,safety should always come to the top priority of all work and out of real working experiences come out the effective ways to improve safety awareness and safety management. |
