摘    要:为使舰用燃油泵滑动轴承在贫油及介质中含有大量杂质的状态下能够长时间可靠工作,选择恰当的轴颈、轴瓦材料是关键.该文通过磨损试验和对试验结果的分析,最终确定了摩擦副的配副方案.该方案不仅能有效地解决部队装备中普遍存在的润滑方面的问题,而且对其它行业中的类似问题也有参考价值.

Abstract:It is a key problem to select the suitable materials of both journals and bushes so that the journal bearings of the fuel pumps for ships can work properly in a long period of time under such conditions that there is absence of lubricant or the lubricant contains a large amount of impurities. Based on the analysis of the results of the wearing test, the paper has worked out the plan for matching the friction pairs. Not only can the plan solve effectively the lubricant problems existing in military equipments, but also it is of valuable reference to the similar problems in other industries.
