| 摘 要： | 由于远洋船舶在海上的航行时间较长,为保证船员食用新鲜水果、蔬菜,需要延长水果、蔬菜等食品的储藏时间,保证各类营养成分不流失.本文分析各种食品储藏技术,研究船舶环境条件下食品储藏的各类技术方案,力争水果、蔬菜在船舶上储藏长达一个月.
