摘    要:从修理的角度讨论船舶电机滑动轴承的间隙和滑油粘度,分析了轴承间隙超差和滑油粘度不合适对润滑油膜形成的影响及对轴承安全运行的危害.并通过对因间隙超差和润滑油粘度低而烧坏轴瓦的典型故障的分析,进一步阐明修理中要保证轴承间隙合格和滑油粘度正确的重要性.

Abstract:The clearance and oil viscosity of sliding bearing of ship's dynamo is discussed from the viewpoint of repairing. The damage to the running of the bearing and the influence of oversize bearing clearance and iraproper oil body on the lubricant film are analyzed. By the analysis of typical fault of bush burned for the reason of oversize bearing clearance and the low viscidity of the lube, it is farther validated that bearing clearance is ensure to be suitable and the viscidity of the lube must be proper in repairing.
