药品冻干系统真空压力测控系统的研制

摘    要:随着药品冷冻干燥工艺的日益发展,冷冻干燥系统对于控制的要求也日益提高.本文从药品冷冻干燥系统的工艺要求出发,结合冷冻干燥控制原理,设计了药品冷冻干燥装置中的真空测控系统,并对真空泵,真空电磁阀,真空计进行了设计、选型;在PID控制模块的基础上,应用虚拟仪器语言Labview进行了真空测控程序进行了编制;进而,对PID控制参数进行了整定.

Abstract:With the greatly development of freeze-drying,the control system of freeze-drying demands increasingly.From the freeze-drying process requirements,combined with freeze-drying control theory,the vacuum measurement and control system of the freeze-drying equipment is designed.And vacuum pump,vacuum electromagnetic valve,vacuum gauge are designed or choose.On the basis of PID control module,virtual instrument software-Labview is used to organize the data acquisition and control program of vacuum.Furthermore,the PID control parameters are adjusted.
