| 摘 要： | 介绍实行船舶定线制航路改革的内涵、作用和方法,总结长江干线已实施船舶定线制改革的经验,深入分析川江和三峡库区的航道条件和通航船舶类型等特点,校核航道尺度,探讨三峡库区实施定线制航路改革的方法和航标等配套设施的布设方式,可作为今后规划建设川江航道的参考.

| Abstract: | The connotation,function and implementation method of ships＇routing reform are introduced,and the experiences on ships＇ routing reform implemented along the main line of Yangtse River are summarized.Deep analysis is made for the ship types and navigation conditions of Yangtse River and Three Gorges Reservoir Area.Channel dimensions are also checked.It is discussed the method to implement ships＇ routing reform of Three Gorges Reservoir Area as well as the arrangement way of navigation mark and other supporting facilities,which will provide reference for the planning and construction of Yangtse River channel in future. |
