摘    要:目前,软土地基真空预压加固技术的应用已非常广泛,结合天津临港工业区某工程实例,分析其软基加固未达到设计要求的主要原因是CV和CH取值偏大;吹填土层厚度、含水率、砂垫层重量和有关规范公式计算精度等也是影响固结度的原因,并提出改进软基加固的建议,可供类似工程参考。

Abstract:At present,the technique of vacuum preloading on soft foundation is applied widely.Combining with a practical engineering case in Tianjin Lingang Industrial Park,the soft foundation consolidation failed to meet the design requirement is analyzed.The analysis result shows that excessive values are selected for CV and CH,on the other hand,the thickness of dredger filled soil,water content,weight of sand layer and the computational accuracy of related formulas specified by the standard codes are also factors affecting soil consolidation.In the case,the method for improving soft foundation consolidation is proposed,which will provide the reference for the similar projects.
