温度应力对钢板桩码头的影响研究

摘    要:钢板桩码头与其他钢板桩临时围护结构的不同之处在于其环境温度的变化幅度较大,钢板桩的温度应力对码头结构有一定影响。采用ABAQUS有限元软件模拟码头钢板桩与土体的相互作用,结合工程实例采用修正剑桥弹塑性模型在应力场中耦合温度场,分析冬季和夏季极限温度条件下钢板桩码头的温度应力响应,可供钢板桩码头结构设计和相关研究参考。

Abstract:Steel sheet pile wharf is distinguished from other temporary exterior-protected structure made of steel sheet piles in larger variation amplitude of ambient temperature. The wharf structure is influenced by temperature stress of steel sheet piles. Finite element software ABAQUS is used to simulate the interaction between steel sheet pile and soil body. Based on engineering practice, the modified Cambridge elastic-plastic model is adopted to couple temperature field with stress field, and analyze the temperature stress response of steel sheet pile wharf at the limiting temperature in winter and summer, which will provide references for the structural design of steel sheet pile wharf and relevant researches.
