大口径玻璃钢管在港工排水结构中的应用

摘    要:纤维缠绕玻璃钢管道作为新型的非金属管道,已成功在国内外取排水结构中进行应用。由于其管道自身的材料及水下安装的相关要求,管径基本控制在4 m以内。随着材料、制造、安装设备和技术的发展,本文结合工程项目研究,论述大口径的玻璃钢管在海水排水结构中设计、实施的主要控制要点,为类似工程提供参考。

Abstract:As a new type of non-metallic pipe, fiber-reinforced glass steel pipe has been successfully applied in China domestic and foreign water-intake and drainage structures. Based on the pipe material and the relevant requirements of underwater installation, the pipe diameter is basically within the range of 4 m. The development of materials, manufacturing techniques and installation equipment is combined with the research detail in order to discuss the main control essentials for the design of large-diameter glass steel tube and its application in seawater drainage structure, which will provide a reference for similar projects.
