| 摘 要： | 对项目社会评价内容和项目环境影响评价内容相互交叉的现象进行了分析,指出由于社会评价和环境影响评价在评价人员专业背景、评价依据和评价方法方面的不同,应该将交叉评价内容在二者之间进行区分,以保证评价工作的顺利开展和评价质量达到一定水平。

| Abstract: | The article analyse the same assessment contents between society assessment and environment impact assessment.To ensure two assessments be finished well,the paper point out that the same assessment contents should be distinguished between two because of the difference at profession background of assessor,the basis and the method of assessment. |
