| Abstract: | Based on the development and construction of south Lingang economic zone in Tianjin Binhai New Area, assets management of public infrastructure in regional development is studied on the basis of projectclassification theory. By comparing and analyzing different public infrastructures, preliminary suggestions are proposed to improve the assets management pattern for different kinds of public infrastructures, which will provide references for the innovation of regional development and management pattern. |
