摘    要:以正在为某厂设计的300吨三缸四柱墙板液压成型机上横梁作为优化对象,在对其进行合理简化并进行静力分析的基础上确定优化变量,构建参数化有限元模型;运用ANSYS优化功能进行优化求解;通过网格细分验证了分析结果的可靠性。

Abstract:This article take as some factory design 300 ton triplex four column wall plate hydraulic pressure shaper main traverse was taking the optimized object, in carries on to it reasonably simplifies and carries on the static analysis in the foundation to determine the optimized variable, the construction parametrization finite element model; Carries on the optimized solution using the ANSYS optimization function; Has confirmed the analysis result reliability through the grid segmentation.
