| 摘 要： | 从政府绩效重要性及我国政府绩效评估存在的问题出发,相应提出标杆管理在改进我国政府绩效评估体系中的应用,分析了标杆管理的涵义、特点及实践意义,并就在政府绩效评估中实行标杆管理时应该注意的问题提出了一些见解。
