| 摘 要： | 我国加入WTO后,建筑企业已面向国际市场,参与国际竞争,但合同管理仍是我国国际承包工程管理中最薄弱的环节之一。本文从我国实际情况出发,说明了我国实行建筑工程合同管理信息系统的必要性,并对合同管理信息系统的开发和设计提出了基本构架。

| Abstract: | After our country joins WTO,construction enterprise already face international market,participation international competition,but the contract management still was in our country international contract project management one of weakest links.This article embarked from our country actual situation,showed our country practiced the architectural engineering contract management information system the necessity,and proposed the basic skeleton to the contract management information system development and the design. |
