二级学院教学管理系统的研究

二级学院是一所大学的重要组织机构,是支撑学校的坚实骨架,也是学校教学管理的基础。因此,如何提高二级学院教学管理质量、确保人材培养目标,是我们二级学院教学管理人员必须研究的课题。本文从教学管理的组织到教学文件的管理、教师的管理、教学监控和学生动态跟踪与监控系统等方面进行了研究,提出了教学管理新的思路和方法,并在系统中引入了教学质量的保障与监控机制。

Study on Teaching and Learning Management in Secondary Colleges

With the rapid development of market economy, the requirement for university talent cultivating has been increased more and more. Secondary collages are important organization of an university and rigid frame support to a university. That means that the secondary colleges are foundation of the teaching and learning management of universities. It is a subject for teaching and learning management personnel in secondary colleges to study on promoting the quality of teaching and learning management, and to ensure talent cultivating objective. This article brings forward new ideas and methods of teaching and learning management based on part of organizing of teaching management, management of teaching documentation and teachers, teaching and learning control, students' status tracing and supervisory system into which the quality guarantee and control system of teaching and learning are admitted.
