| 摘 要： | 砖混结构楼房产生裂缝已成为一种常见的工程质量通病。经常出现裂缝的部位有:建筑物顶层圈梁下部的墙面及女儿墙的裂缝。顶层山墙和纵横墙转角处裂缝等。本文从裂缝产生的原因分析入手,采取相应的措施来预防、解决这个问题。并结合相关工程实例来说明如何处理裂缝。

| Abstract: | The crack of brick and concrete structure building have become a kind of familiar engineering quality common failing.The part that usually appears crack as the following :the building crest layer turn the wall noodles of the beam lower part and the crack of the parapet. The crest layer external wall, the longitudinal wall and the horizontal wall turnner crack etc.. This thesis analysis the reason of the crack produced from, adopting to correspond of measure to prevent, resolve this problem. And combine some examples of related engineering to explain how to handle crack. |
