| 摘 要： | 随着高校后勤社会化改革和高等教育改革的深化,公寓在高校学生思想教育工作中的地位越来越重要,因此公寓逐渐成为高校学生管理的中心。本文从突出公寓管理的主体地位的角度出发,探讨如何将学生思想政治工作扎根于公寓,从而发挥学生自我管理、自我服务、自我监督机制的作用,使管理者的管理系统化,规范化和高效化。
