| Abstract: | The maritime affair administration permission is same with other administrative permission, it is carries out "the People's Republic of China Administration Permission Law", for further the standard and the consummation maritime affair open government system, manifests public, fair, fair and convenient, the favorable people principle, enhances the maritime affair management potency, the management efficiency, well serves for the ships crew and the ships unit. |
