| 摘 要： | 通过对因燃油引起的纠纷和争议的分析,有利于处于船舶一线的船长和轮机长工作中把好燃油关,发生燃油问题时收集和保存证据,更好地履行自己的职责,合理地维护船东利益,减少纠纷与争议的发生。
