航运企业选择战略联盟伙伴的决策方法

The Decision Making Method of Choosing Strategic Alliance Partners for Shipping Enterprises

The strategic alliance as a new concept of management created by Mr. J. hopland, the director general of America DEC Company, and Mr.R. Night, an enconomist, has been accepted and put into practice successfully in global competition by more and more enterprises successfully for last 20 years. This creative theory of organization system become rapidly optimum choice for companies to get their maximum interest. As we know, the competition of shipping for China after WTO joined, will be much more drastic. So, it's of great importance for enterprises to make a reasonable strategy for improving their priority of competition. In this paper, a fuzzy comprehensive strategic method is presented for choosing strategic alliance partners, based on the analysis of implementing strategic alliance.
