| 摘 要： | 两船之间在航行中产生追越是它们常见的会遇态势之一。在这种情况下发生的船舶碰撞在海事案例中占有一定的比例。当追越船从被追越船左舷追越的情况时，船舶避让行动有较大的不确定性。在探讨追越情况下船舶碰撞案例的原因、避让行动的结果和国际避碰规则的规定和几何避碰方法等的基础上，对这种态势的避让行动中所存在的问题加以分析，并提出一些解决的方法与建议。

| Abstract: | One of encounter situations between two ships is overtaking or overtaken. Based on the discussion of maritime accident causes, Intrernational Regulations for Preventing Collisions at Sea and vector geometry during ship's encounter etc., the mistakes made in overtaking or overtaken situation are analyzed in the paper and some suggestions as well as approaches of assessment on ships behaviors are presented. |
