| Abstract: | This paper presents the new technology of forecasting take off/touch down opportunity of ship born helicopter, which combines time domain forecast with frequency domain forecast. By the help of this method ship born helicopter undertaking the task of salvage and suplly can take off/touch down safely at heavy sea. |
