船长工作责任心测评

摘    要:船长工作责任心量表(captain job responsibility scale,CJRS)由14个项目组成,量表的系数为0.703 6,具有较高的信度,符合心理测量学要求。应用船长工作责任心量表、船长船舶操纵能力模拟试验和船长工作绩效评定等方法对船长被试的工作责任心和工作绩效进行了测评,结果表明:1.绝大多数船长工作责任心较强;2.船长船舶操纵能力模拟试验中无船舶碰撞船长的工作责任心比有船舶碰撞船长强;3.船长工作责任心与工作绩效显著相关。

Abstract:Captain job responsibility scale(CJRS) consists of 14 items,in which the(coefficient of 0.703 6 means relatively high reliability and met the requirement of psychometrics.By using CJRS,simulation test on captain's ship handling ability and captain performance evaluation etc.,the evaluations of captain job responsibility and job performance have been carried out.The results indicate that: majority of captains have strong job responsibilities,the captains who have no accidents in simulation test of ship handling ability have stronger job responsibilities than those who have accidents,captain job responsibility and job performance are related closely.
