| 摘 要： | 现代化国际港口大都市首先应该是航运中心。天津的城市发展得益于航运发展。重视航运、发展航运是天津经济建设的前提。航运业发展是现代化国际港口大都市的重要体现。天津腹地辽阔、资源丰富，只要加强海港、河港、运力、货源等的合理配置，一定会带来城市和航运的共同发展。

| Abstract: | A Modern international port city should be in the first place a shipping centre.The growing up of Tianjin city benefits from shipping greatly.The prerequisite for fastening the economic construction of the city is to endeavour to further expand shipping business.Backed up by vast hinterland with bounteous resources,simultaneous development of both Tianjin city and shipping could be certainly materialized so long as rational matching between the sea port and river port,the shipping capacity and cargo resources is enhanced. |
