石化码头泊位规模选择的TOPSIS模型

摘    要:TOPSIS是一个求解多属性决策问题的典型方法。介绍了石化码头泊位规模方案确定及TOPSIS优选模型,计算模型的正、负理想解;根据相似度定义了各方案到正理想解和负理想解的距离,得出各方案的相对贴近度,以某港为例验证了模型的有效性,为港口建设决策提供理论参考。

Abstract:TOPSIS is a typical method for the solution of multi-attribute decision-making problem.The determination of berth scale schemes for petrochemical wharf and TOPSIS optimized model are introduced in the paper.And the positive and minus ideal solutions of the model are given.The distances between the every scheme and both positive and minus ideal solutions are defined by similarity measurement,then the relative closeness coefficients of each scheme are obtained.The effectiveness of the model is validated with an example of harbor and the reference is provided theoretically for the decision making of harbor construction.
