船舶发动机尾气脱硫脱硝一体化技术分析

摘    要:为开发船舶发动机尾气脱硫脱硝一体化系统产品,结合实船条件对几种尾气脱硫脱硝一体化技术的可行性进行分析,发现目前还没有非常适合实船应用的一体化脱硫脱硝技术,现有技术都存在一定的问题,需要继续改进或开发新的一体化脱硫脱硝工艺。通过中试试验对低硫油+低温选择性催化还原(Selective Catalytic Reduction, SCR)脱硝工艺进行验证和开发,初步发现该工艺可满足船舶尾气脱硫脱硝的要求。随着国际海事组织脱硫脱硝规范的生效,如果现有技术没有完善或没有新技术出现,发动机燃烧满足规范要求的低硫油并采用SCR技术脱硝的方法具有可行性。

Abstract:In order to develop integrated system for desulfurization and denitrification of marine engine exhaust gas, the feasibility of the integrated desulfurization and denitrification technologies under actual conditions of ships is analyzed. The problems of those technologies are discussed. The low-sulfur oil+low temperature SCR denitrification process under pilot-plant tests appears promising. The low-sulfur oil + low temperature SCR denitrification process may be the best choice for compliance of the requirements of ship exhaust gas desulfurization and denitrification if no breakthrough is seen before the IMO regulations coming into force.
