摘    要:船舶柴油机产生氮氧化物对大气环境造成严重污染,针对该问题,采用模块化设计一种使用AUS40船用尿素溶液作为还原剂的船舶SCR系统,还原剂系统由纯水制备模块、尿素溶解模块、尿素溶液存储模块和电控系统组成。使用该系统制备的尿素溶液质量分数始终保持在39%~41%,且能在5℃~35℃范围内长时间低温保质存储。所设计的船舶SCR系统是在常规船舶尿素的存储和液化系统上做出的优化,实现船舶SCR系统中尿素溶液的制备及长时间安全稳定保存。

Design of Reducing Agent Preparation and Storage System for Marine SCR System

Abstract:Nitrogen oxides produced by marine diesel engines causes serious pollution to the atmospheric environment.To solve the problem,the marine SCR system using AUS40 marine urea solution as reducing agent is designed by modularization.The reducing agent system is composed of pure water preparation module,urea solution dissolving module,urea solution storage module and electronic control system.The mass fraction of urea solution prepared by the system is always kept in 39%~41%,and the urea solution can be stored under low temperature in 5℃~35℃for quality assurance for long time.The designed marine SCR system is optimized on the conventional ship urea storage and liquefaction system,which realizes the preparation and long-term safe and stable storage of urea solution in marine SCR system.
