摘    要:研究了轮机模拟器在《STCW公约马尼拉修正案》中的表述与内涵,在公约修正案履约背景下进行了基于轮机模拟器的教学应用探索实践,针对性地就基于轮机模拟器开展机舱资源管理(ERM)履约培训及评估做了系统性的教学设计,并为此开展了应用实践探索与研究。还探讨了轮机模拟器在水上专业认知教育、专业课程辅助教学、综合强化训练、专业英语教学等方面的教学应用方法与作用。

Teaching Application of Marine Engine Room Simulator Based on the Manila Amendments to the STCW Convention Implementation

Abstract:In this paper, the contents of the Manila Amendments to the STCW Convention with marine engine room simulator are analyzed. Teaching application of simulator based on the amendments performance background is researched, focusing on the marine simulator of engine room resource management performance evaluation based on training and instructional design. Also the teaching methods and effect of the marine engine room simulator in the water courses of professional cognition, professional courses assisted instruction, comprehensive training, professional English teaching are discussed.
